  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, courier delays, festivals, or unexpected circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on selected products and promotional offers.

  • For other orders, shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on eligible orders across most pin codes in India.

  • ShopinGo reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations or high-risk orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details to monitor your shipment in real-time.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact our support team.

Delayed or Lost Shipments
